Dance of the waves I

Oster's remarkable color tones create incomparable spheres and reveal to the viewer the infinite expanse of the horizon, the dance of the waves and the indescribable magic of the morning and evening twilight hours.
The dance of the waves would be extremely deliberate, but at the same time melodically scratched into the still open layer of paint. The waves were "painted" without a brush, while the oil paint on the sky was applied impasto with a spatula and then partially removed again with a cloth.
